Excluding like-skinned bots from game

I'm looking to set up the server to recognize the skin that my live players have chosen and to exclude those from the bot list so that when I see the orange jump suit from across the room, I know that it's Sgt._Beanbag and not Torch.

Anyone know what I mean and have an idea?

AFAIK that's not possible.

I have another suggestion though. Not completely what you want, but still useable.
Use the botroster and edit that to exclude the skins of at least your regulars.
