Anyone know of a vehicle/CTF tutorial?

If anyone knows of a tutorial to explain how to use vehicles in your map please post the link or tutorial, ive tried to do it by adding the static meshes but when i go to play the level the vehicle isn't there anymore. Also if anyone has a tutorial for CTF this would also be very helpful! thanks
