Can't decompress ut2.uz2 but ucl works fine?!

Can anyone help?

I'm able to go into cmd and decompress the ucl.uz2 files just fine. But when I try to decompress the ut2.uz2 files they won't go. I just get the

 
C:\UT2004\System>ucc.exe decompress ..\2maps\vctf-acidpipe.ut2.uz2 
Error occurred opening ..\2maps\vctf-acidpipe.ut2.uz2 

History: UDecompressCommandlet::Main 

Exiting due to error

Anyone?
(and yes, they are in a folder called 2maps.)

Try using the full path in the command.

Nope.

That doesn't work, either.

Move the files to be decompressed to the system directory and try there.
No paths involved.. if that fails.. bad files?

grrr.

That didn't work either. And I've grabbed these files directy from the UZ redirect site over at www.unrealadmin.org.

And of the 15 maps or so, the result is all the same.
