Erm..... need a star wars model

Well i guess I could if I knew how to use Maya. I watched the DVD on how to make cars and it looked easy doing this should be even simpler. Ask Tuks he likes modeling as you can tell he'll prolly do it I may be wrong tho but worth a shot.

well would it be easier if I had the model already in my hands and then you could skin it given the provided jpg files?

Hey

the one thing thats got me about modeling is, i can make models in 3D...

but...

i dont know how to get it From a "3D Model (.3ds or .obj)"
to something that will work in a game etc... :S

and i can kinda skin (although i havnt been doing much cos im allways modeling)

To get it into the editor just export the 3ds as an ase.
