    Default Mutator: Adrenalin Rules

    I'm requestion an Adrenalin Rules mutator that would allow users to customise the following:

    # of adren recived per kill
    # of adren recived per pill
    Speed of consumption for Flag/Ball cariers. (Multiplier, 1 = UT2k4 defaults, 0.5= slower, 2 = faster, etc)

    Speed of Consumption for reguler players. (Again, multiplier)

    maybe have the option for turning on and off default combos? (Speed, regen, berzerk, invisible...)

    Got the kill adrenaline one in and half working, one bug with it that will be easy to fix.

    As well as the options you listed, also gonna have a configurable option for whether adrenaline pickups exist.

    how about the flag carriers one? That there threw me for a loop. couldn't even find where it was modified. (Or at least to get it working. )
