Default Why Not even a Single official response to the SecuROM issue???

This is getting ridiculous.... Epic or Atari needs to respond to people that are unable to play the game without a no-cd hack....

Not much to say. Yep. There is a SecuROM issue. I am sure as soon as they release a fix for it, IF they release a fix for it there will be an update. I had the same problem years ago when they released Well of Time. It wouldn't read in DVD drives due to SecuROM. OR most CD-burners, since both DVD and CD-RW drives weren't as wide spread. Took over a month for any sort of responce, and even after like 3 patches the problem still existed.

I think what really needs to be done is SecuROM needs a ton of gamers (10,000+) to complain to them and tell them to stop liscensing out something that has these bad incompatabilities.

I myself am using a brand new NEC 8X DVD-R/DVD+R burner and am having no problems at all with the DVD SE.

Probably something to do with legalities. If someone from Epic posted "Okay, we acknowledge that SecuROM sucks.", you just know it would plastered all over gaming sites within hours that Epic supports software piracy. It would make sense to the tards, you just have to twist those words right.
