Mouselook refuses to move up or down

I'm running the UT2004 demo and after about 2-3 minutes of playing the game refuses to allow me to look up or down, I can fight with it all I want moving my mouse madly up and down but the screen just recenters itself. Any help/fixes would be greatly appreciated.

Are you overclocked, and if so, is the video hardware overclocked? Just grasping at straws...

Stock settings or OC'ed makes no difference, I run anything else based off the unreal engine just fine. Just this demo will not cooperate. I tried playing again today and it seems to happen only after I use vehicles, my view gets stuck basically and I only look left and right unless I climb into a vehicle.

Sounds like you have mouse look auto centre checked

Nope, after trying to play the game even more I've discovered that my mouselook works perfectly as long as I don't dismount any vehicles. Once I do that (say, I wanted to repair my Raptor) my mouselook autocenters itself for the rest of the round.
