Default Oval shadow from rotating fans?

The sunlight through the windows gives an oval lighting on the floor and you can see 2 difference shadows from the rotating fans:

Shadow 1 is a shadowcast from the fan and it looks perfect but it doesn't rotate beacuse the unreal engine doesn't support dynamic lighting of movers

About shadow 2, it's a projector with a rotating texture(only 4 blades right now) but it doesn't have the same angle. I don't know how to explain it but I think you understand, the texture has to be oval/extracted/dragged in a specially way while it's rotating. Does anyone of you know if there are any way to fix it? Can I do an advanced animation in photoshop or something?

i thought projected textures will stretch. like if you rotate your projector to match the angle of the light, it should stretch. or i thought. too lazy to check, lol.

i suppose you could just use an animated texture that is shaped like an oval. more along the lines of an ellipse, gotta get that parabolic shape in, hehe. then aminate a fan moving in it, somehow.

Lighting? Nah, I had it doing that before I even placed a light - light makes no difference to projectors.
