Hmm... yep, Photoshops ownz.
Though the first example is probably a better example of how someone can be made to look prettier (the end result isn't even thát pretty IMO), while the other two posted by Mr. Brownstone show more of age.
The second one in that post, I actually like the original picture better. The other looks... American.

The first goes to a girl in a bikini, when you roll the mouse over it you get to see the original picture. (which is of a woman at least 10 or 20 years older)
The second is of a blonde girl with a perfectly smooth skin. The original also looks a lot older (and 1000 times more realistic).
It's nothing shocking.

If she's a pic online, then she automatically isn't "real".
