**** this sucks, after playing UT99 for about an hour now in all my games the mouse feels slow as **** and not right:down:

turn your mouse speed up :up:
lol . . . . im sure thats not what you ment but give it a try, have your FOV set to 90-95 and try your mouse speed on about 8-10 (i used to 7 in UT but u need to go higher in UT2003) and you'll get a much more 'UT feel' to it ..... and you'll be doing 360 spin movin combo's in no time

I set my mouse up the same in every game
2k3 is difficult tho becase of accel and smooth,so i turn that sh!t off
by far uts mouse "feels" the best for some reason

Jedi Academy was pretty good, of the games I've completed recently this took 2nd longest and IMO was 2nd best

Halo PC - 8/10 - 1 1/2 days
Jedi Academy - 7/10 almost 2 days
Enter the Matrix - 5/10 1 day
Homeworld2 - wont score this since it's not an FPS and is then dependent on taste, aint finished it yet cause I'm stuck on 1 level LOL

Only reason I score Jedi Academy below Halo is that the game play felt better to me in Halo, but as in the score, there wasn't alot in it and I could easily have score Jedi an 8 instead of 7

I just had a sip on my beer and caught it in the wrong pipe, coughed it up through my nose!
Very unpleasant feeling wich should be avoided at all cost.

I'm enjoying Jedi Academy.... too bad nobody plays Seige though...

I think that only happens when you breath in at the same time as swallowing. Thats a very common noob mistake. :bulb:

Is there mouse deceleration in UT99? I love the feel of the mouse in UT99 you can move it real fast and still be percise.

guess you just have a bad abillity to adapt. i used to have it too, now i can basically switch between any game and just adapt to the timing of the powerups, not the feeling.

I love to get an unsuspecting idiot who thinks i cant combo better than them with a lovely wall dodge shock combo off the wall near the LG to the bridge on grendelkeep.
With gorge as a skin, he flips after the walldodge, and people often say. OMG MATRIX COMBO LEET HAXXOR OMG!
LOL and comboing while dodging off the bridge and another before you hit the floor. Works every time:alien:

I play UT2004 and UT99 fine no problem at all, but I did start on 99 (Since I was playing it before 2003/2004 existed.

)

My Mouse Sens is 3 on UT2004 and 2.5 on UT99, and I got no problems hitting combos or Headshots or anything else of the sort, and yet I'm still able to quickly spin around people when needed, on either game.

It seems I learned to adapt quickly now. Before, after playing any other FPS for about an hour, it would take me a long time to get back the feel of this game. I pretty much took a two week break from this game, and the day I played UT2K4 again, I was playing better than I was before,
