Dedicated server Question - Need Help

When starting a dedicated server for players to play, how do you talk to the players or chat with them on the dedicated server?

I would like to chat with them when I have the dedicated server on for them but using the dedicated server to chat?

Is this when I have on the dedicate server on only because that is the question I like to know. Just making sure because if I am running only a dedicated server can I chat with the players with only the dedicated server up and that console that you see when settting it to dedicated server.

Frogman, one way that you can talk with the players on your server is to use the web admin function. This option allows you to log into your server from an internet browser and monitor its status. It also allows you to monitor the server console complete with the player chat.
