    Default Min Server specs

    Guys,
Does anyone know the absolute min specs of a dedicated server?? I assume, as it's not actually running the graphical ver, they must be less, but cant find the min specs.........

    Thanks

Well, in the readme that came with the game it says minimum specs for "decent" performance on a 16 player server is..

PIII 600mhz with atleast 256mb of ram.

Now I personally dont see how this can be true, since my PIII 550 can only run about 8 players (with increasing pings). IMO, the minimum spec PIII 733 with 256mb of ram is more of a realstic minimum for 16 players. But I can't confirm this and I haven't got the equipment to test this out

That would be fine. For a test, I used a dual Pentium pro 200, with 192MB of RAM. It ran quit fast. Was able to run with about 20 people connected including 5 bots.
