Downloading Custom Map on Server

I have a map that I made for my server and it takes for ever for people to download the map. all the people that are connecting to it are on a DS-3 line from campus so its not like it cable or dialup. is there something I have to do in order to make the down load go alot faster? or would it be better to open a file server to just down load the map?

Use a public redirect server. http://ut2k3maps.gaming.stny.com/
