Shiny signature

I've been here for a few days now and I sometimes see people who have shiny words in their signature. How can you make those???

of course, you have to replace the < and >'s with [ and ]'s.
the colors you can use are listed under the "color" pulldown list, but you can't select them from there, you have to type the color where i put "the color you want" above. [glow=blue] try to avoid the greyish colors[/glow]

or: [glow=green][GEC][/glow][glow=purple]Abettor[/glow]?GEC is Glow Example Clan. It's not a real clan, of course.
