Mutators

We will use the Instagib mutator as an example of how to add mutator support.
All you need to do is change the part that says:

DM-Antalus?game=XGame.XDeathmatch

to

DM-Antalus?game=XGame.XDeathmatch?mutator=XGame.MutZo omInstagib
