Hearing Footsteps

Figured I'd get a better chance of intelligent replies here than in General Discussion

Here's the problem, I can't hear the footsteps of other players, only my own
Last I knew, you had to have weapon bob on in order to hear footsteps from others

So... what the hell is going on?

This won't help your problem but..

There is a setting in the ini file that can be set to false. So if you turn weapon bob off you will not hear your footsteps

Like I said won't help with you not hearing other footsteps but may shorten your search for the answer
