Cant play multiplayer

Someone please help me, when i try to join internet/lan and when i do it says "Authentication Failed" and nothing ever comes up.......... please help:cry:

happens to me too. Does it work when u tried another server though? Usually I would try to connect it more than once..sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn't. Don't really know why, but it works and it doesn't

Have you updated the game to v2225? If not do so. If you 'borrowed' the discs for install and installed the patch v.2225 (which eliminates the need for the CD ) then possibly the master server detects the duplicate key and won't let you in.

Either re-install the game, or go buy a copy if you borrowed the discs. If you own a game set then contact support.
