when i create no one can join, AND I DON'T HAVE A FIREWALL, PLZ HELP :(

you mean via direct ip adress open xx.xx.xx.xx? or that the server isn't in the server tab?
there are other things than a firewall which would be not very nice for connecting like conencting out of a netork via uplink hub, router, proxy server etc....
