will ut2003 run?

I have the following specs

Windows 98
256 ddr ram
900 mhz amd athlon processor
32 mb tnt2 nvidia graphics card
40 gigabyte harddrive
direct x 9
not sure what dvd rom speed is
56 k modem

all i want to know is will my computer be able to run unreal tournement without any new hardware and how good will it run i dont care to much about how it will run on the internet.

it will run. and it won't run very well. Minimum details and no too high resolution...
