Default How to run a server??

I've downloaded the dedicated server, i have my own server key thing, and i was wondering how I, and others, can start playing on this server. Also how can i add more maps or mods to this server? any help would be well appreciated.

To play on the server: Start it

To install MODs and MUTs: instructions on how to install a certain MOD comes with the MOD, just read the README.TXT or such....

To install MAPs: just copy the files to their appropriate directory (i.e. UT2003\Maps, ...\Textures (.utx] ...\StaticMeshes (.uts))

And a good idea would be visiting http://www.unrealadmin.org/

Check on Unrealadmin on how to start it with an ini or rc file.

open the runserver.bat file in the system folder of the dedicated server, first you have to edit the file in notepad to set values for what you want the server to run, if you don't have that file then look it up on the unrealadmin.org page they have a FAQ for how to make one, first write it in notepad then rename the .txt to .bat and open, simple as that.
