[gametype] Spell world

Hi all

this is a gametype wich allow you to cast spells ingame. Not by shooting, by typing a certain frase.
I made it to just test my skillz. ANd now I want you to test it.
There, if you look at the code, are certain things not implemented, like casting on other players(you can only affect your self)

So her it goes.
1) download the code and place it in your system folder of ut2003
2) Play any map against (if you ask me) a bot.
3) press T(or chat)
4) type in one of these "spells", where N is the amount you want.
Regain health(mana-N*1)= me regain N
Jump higher(mana-N * 2)= me jumpers N
Walk faster(mana-N *5)= me speeder N
Freeze(mana-250)= me Slow

Some notes:
There limits trough adding health, jump and speed. Also Mana will regenerate. You cold Caps your phrase it doesnt mater.
