Online Worries

My biggest worry for online is if they do have 1 team as Marcus and his crew and another as the locust. There is a one reasons that make me say this. Marcus has a chainsaw on his gun now what will the locust do when they are up close with the hammerburst. This leaves the locust with a huge disadvantage in close quarters including that when your getting chain sawed your in a mini cut scene rendering you helpless and ummm lets say dead.

I'm sure Epic realizes this, and will add/change something when the game actually comes out.

Just like in Halo, have default starting weapons for both groups.

The Locust have a chainsaw on their assault rifle too. You see that on the multiplayer movies and screenshots.

The Epic team will for sure fix any balance issues before the game comes out, nobody likes an unbalanced game specially a broken weapon or game glitch, like I wrote before it's their behind on the line, they better have some great game testers in their payroll.

both the COG and the locust can use each others weapons and the locust have the same weapons as the COG expect they are slightly different versions, so maybe they have someother weapon that has a cool bayonet or melee attack!

Epic has some of the most experience making deathmatch games in the industry. I somehow doubt they're going to make a simple game crushing blunder.

I think the Locust's melee weapon should be different, one based on their spider/emergence day drone perhaps. One end of the gun stabs someone in their chest and eight mechanical legs erupt right through their back.

A different but equally grusome death for the locust's melee weapon would be awesome.

I dont think it should rely on the story line for the locust to have their weapons in multiplayer because the different skins are just to show which team is which.
