I dont care whether it is his house or his business all the people thinking this is a Beast connection are wrong. He may be situated next to a server vey nearby and his ping is what is making up for his upload speeds which is what really matters. That is probably the worst upload speed i have ever seen and i dont get how you are paying 100 a month for that connection. I dont even know a connection that gives you 150MB download.

All this really does is explain why a Country Filter isnt what is needed, but a region filter is. Epic's filter is Country, not Region.

Nope my connection at home is FiOS. I play on this connection which is T1 as well. Not as much as my FiOS though, but even there my Upload speeds are not bad either. At home i have a 50Mb connection so im doing pretty good there as well.

An upload of less than 2 is bad. You are gettign screwed. Everyone does downloading thats easy, but when you are hosting something or in a system where your pc is sending files and so forth to other computers you need an upload speed that is high. So if you are hosting a match and you need to relay all the information that is being filtered through you for the game you need a high upload in order for the information to be sent quickly and a low latency as well.

Xbox Live has Upload cap of 1.544 Mb, was proved on these forums.

I host perfectly well for worldwide players on many games.

The fact is an up of 768 kbps is fine....

The OP's connection is ridiculous. He really needs to get a hobby or something.
