Check in your installed rpograms that you have the 2005 c++ stuff too as I have heard of people with that missing from the install.

balleklorin, in the nvidia control panel you could try turning off multithreading for UT3, its in the custom settings list

Funny my dad has 64bit Ultimate on his PC and never has any problems with UT3. Ever........
