I contacted the author of this mutator about getting the file. He responded with the following.

I did not create a version 2 for blood mod. I maybe titled in v2, but to my knowledge, I've done only one. I may or may not update the mutator, but if there is demand, that will certainly lean on my decision.

BloodMod v2.0

So it's a matter of recompiling it and changing it a little so that someone actually dies. Don't see how much fun it can be standing virtually still with low hp. So yeah a configurable BloodMod v3.0 might be in order.

Ever since patch 1.3, I wasnt able to play with gibbable bodies since I like to play the German version. I can still get the extra juicy splatters and all with this mut but, not the exploding bodies anymore

Is there a way that I can overide the german "no gore" and be able to get all the gore like I used to have in german?

I prefer the german voices

Gibalicious can do that. Turn "Gib Multiplier" down to 1 and turn "Always Gib" off to remove the extra gore. Then turn "Extra Splatters" on so that all weapons cause blood splatters, and use "Decal Lifespan" to make them stay longer.

Whitfield could you post a video on the blood mutator like you did to the cover system mutator, so that i could just have a teaser video on how it looks. Thanks.

I've noticed that certain custom character models don't gib properly with this mutator. Mainly the Gears of War characters, Mr. Crow/Harlequin, Fate, and Divisor/Cathode. Is it something with this mod or is it those models?
