Hey Darth, sorry for the late reply... I've never checked Notifications. You're right. You play a series of Rebirths then suddenly the enemies decide to take it up a notch. Glad you've been such a proponent of OG as you've convinced me it's the way to go. LEANDRO almost drew me into the evil world of NG. I did play IB1 up to NG 14 - mastering all weapons each time (read OCD)... Yikes!
I guess when one reaches the limit of one's abilities in OG, he could always head over to NG for some easy fights or additional training.

Flak got back to me and the thread is back up without references to jb. I agree a leader board is needed. feels like people are holding back from posting in the video thread and I guess many people don't want to jb. maybe we -- you? me? -- should create a leaderboard thread. have a hunch many have added most people on the forum on GC through the friends thread tho...

got the same answer, but no reply to whether we could keep the thread if the text related to jailbreaking was removed. wish I hadn't spent those hours recording videos and it doesn't seem Silver's thread has been affected by it anyway. glad the backup thread came back, even tho using iFile really is the only mobile way of doing it. anyway, hope you're back to stay on the forum now and as you can see on GC I was kind enough to stay on the same GK level as you ;P

I hope you don't give up. What I would encourage you to try is to make an IB2 Leaderboard where you say "upload videos if you know how". And maybe... offer that they can send you a PM asking how (and you could have some ready-made response for how to use DisplayRecorder).If people don't want to or can't send videos then I think a screenshot of the GK fight showing the level would be enough in most cases.You could also showcase videos in that thread (just without the how-to explanation).

nothing is ever "deleted", they have those things archived. I PM'd Flak asking for a compromise (ie renaming the thread and removing the JB section). Especially considering it doesn't even mention JBing for like the first 100 replies...

actually PM:ed Flak too, just to get the reason for removing the Gameplay Videos thread. not so much for my sake, but since =Silver= have videos in his Dual Survival Thread too; don't want them to nuke that 'cus of some stupid videos. I've made a backup of that thread tho, just in case.

what a joke. the backup thread was probably the best one ever created on the forum, gave me more gameplay value than all the others put together -- except Master Gem List of course. knowing how to backup the game -- specially when it's buggy -- is essential. seriously, they have actually deleted it? will they let you keep it if you remove the jailbreak bit?

yeah it's strange, and the backup thread too!? did you get any explanation to why that has gone missing? (glad to see you on the forum, your participation has been missed. hope everything is going well irl -- mine sucks, just missed a flight due to a snow storm; rebooked for tomorrow, cost me $500 )
