hello gearshelper, im oleg from canada, how r u?

I got GOW (PC). After installing, the launcher is prompting me to update my CPU for the game to play. It provided links for me to follow, but eventually wanted me to uninstall my CPU drivers before proceeding. At this point I stopped 'cos I need some expert advice b4 going further.

Heres my gear:

Operating System: Windows XP Home Edition (5.1, Build 2600) Service Pack 2 (2600.xpsp_sp2_gdr.070227-2254)
BIOS: Phoenix - AwardBIOS v6.00PG
Processor: AMD Athlon(tm) 64 X2 Dual Core Processor 3800+, MMX, 3DNow (2 CPUs), ~2.0GHz Driver 1.2.2.0
Memory: 2046MB RAM
DirectX Version: DirectX 9.0c (4.09.0000.0904)

NVIDIA GeForce 8800 GT
Display Memory: 512.0 MB

The game wants me to update to:
AMD CPU Driver for WinXP version(x86 & x64exe) 1.3.2.16

I havent tried going through the My Computer/Properties/Hardware Devices/CPU update:rollback route yet. Will wait for your advice.
