If they make one I'd say we have about six to twelve months before we get an ending dlc, unless they already started making one. I know I wont be buying any ME3 dlc until we get the ending we were promised.

Am I the only one that thinks male Shep doesnt sound like he means half of what he's saying. I started a playthough on ME1 a while ago that I couldnt finish because fem Shep made him sound so noncommittal by comparison. Also I dont think that kid in the vent was ever real. I think it was the reapers trying to get in Shep's head and that the dreams were some kind of subconscious warning of that. No one acknowledged the kid other than Shep, I mean it kinda looked like the shuttle waited for him but if it had surely the soldier standing at the door would've given him a hand instead of just leaving him to climb up. Maybe I'm over thinking it but I'm about 98% sure the kid wasnt really there. Even on the demo I thought it was weird that nobody helped him.
The vid i posted right above your post basically shows all the evidence of shep being indoctrinated, the kid not being real is one of the major arguments for the theory. So no, youre not over thinking it. I know its 20 minutes long, but its worth a watch. It kind of made me hate the ending less.
