And what would they do once they got there, or if I decided only the Gorasni got out, what would happen?

Tyrus?

Tyrus = Nation and it was the home of the COG so yes, lots of bases

Would there be any military bases in Tyrus?

Probably try and reach a Military base.

That'll work, but once they get out of the prison, what will they do? Call Ephyra, assist the city or try to escape the area?

Alright so you can go about two or three ways here.

- Gears treat him as a hostile as well as Locust
- Gears treat him as a friendly (due to Locust threat)
- Gears treat him as both as some Gears don't trust him, others do and so he's swayed between fighting with them or aiding them in the fight.

Many of the guards knew somebody at Octus Row, so a great many of them hate the Gorasni for what he did that day. They treated him like crap during his time in their prison and the guards aren't exactly front-line Gears (I was actually inspired by the Halvo Bay Police Department armor skin; it looks good on Gear armor). But when the guards saw Vonner Bay (the prison's parent city), the warden ordered them to empty the armory and prepare for the inevitability of the enemy marching on the prison (who they think are the Gorasni at first). They can't call anybody because the telephone lines were knocked out prior to the attack and Seeders up in the mountains started jamming their radios... which they don't know. The Locust erupt from the ground and start attacking everybody, leading to mass confusion among the guards.

Depends again.

Do the Gears worry about him or whats at hand? What are their orders? Are they being called back to be front-line Gears or prison-guards? How is the relatonship between the guards and your character?

The COG placed the Gorasni in a maximum security cell and had a few guards but once the Locust stormed the prison, a drone broke into his cell, prompting the Gorasni to defend himself. After leaving his cell however, he can tell that the Locust want everyone dead, with no exceptions. The Locust would probably have control over most of the prison or would be doing some house-cleaning if they only sent individuals drones to breach and clear out cells. If the Gorasni were to find Gears, what would happen?
