Conversation Between raczilla and Coleyman

Is there any chance that the Rank reset thread could be stickied? I think that doing so would prevent further resets whilst Epic continues to find a solution to this widespread issue. Making as many people aware of the issue as possible will decrease the large number of people who are still experiencing resets.
