I have no ideas, honestly. I think, in some ways, devs might just be sick of the direction the industry is going. Maybe they're all not happy with how the next-gen is turning out? Don't like what MS and Sony have planned?

Also, Rod and Cliff were pretty big... but I don't think they were the top-dogs in terms of company/business bureaucracy.

GoWJ is already a FPS-styled game... the series is almost already dead in player-base...

I don't know if they'd get it or not, but just as a setting it'd be pretty different from what we've had I think, and I wish we could have that kind of area in a campaign too..

BTW, me and TRBB were talking about a 'Plague Boomer' what do you think of the concept? I thought perhaps it'd have a Boomshot that fired toxic rounds and when they hit, you get melted down to sludge or if you get partially hit, BB thought that maybe you could have a 'delayed reaction' and then fall apart/melt.

Yeah, I think it would be awesome to have a network of tunnels for MP. Although my biggest fear is that Epic wouldn't get the idea of it being true tunnels. We'd end up with a smaller version of Trenches with no sky -- if you know what I mean? I like the idea, I just don't know if Epic could pull it off without making it too small or too "non-tunnel-looking".
