Has anyone else realised that if the release/ship date of this game is actually October 2nd then that is only 10 Weeks Away!!!!

and that means that the game is pretty much done,july is pretty much over and by the end of August Epic will be playing the game to get out all of the last minute glitches to get it ready for shipment.


I hope that OCT 2nd becomes the official date soon, i need this game now or i might just poop my self.

yeah in TGS the creator of ps3 is talking about the ps3 then all of a sudden cliffy comes out of no where and spears the creator and gets up and says GOW release date is ocober 2nd evryone cheers and when ps3 comes out it sell 2 consoles on the release date beacouse every one is at home watching me own 4 people on xbox live by myself!!!!!:D

Of course the PS3 will be a serious contender... However I hope it doesn't do as great, for the sole purpose that the next gaming consoles will fight even more, pumping out mad insane specs, making us win.. and of course becasue I can not even begin to IMAGINE what gears of war will look like on the next xbox :O

Guys, please remember EPIC hasn't confirmed anything yet. Getting yourself psyched for a release date for a game is never a good idea because you're usually setting yourself up for disappointment. There are just too many variables.

Quality over punctuality is Epic's creed.

Now lets please stop these release date threads. ;)
