I'm sorry if this is the wrong folder for this but I was wondering 2 main questions.

do python and python based scrips /programs run in UDK

and

If so would a program like Renpy work?

Again total newb here just wondering.

No, python does not run in UDK.

No, Renpy would not work at all with UDK. You'd have to construct everything with UDK but that actually wouldn't be all that hard to do.
