Why I did this is because I wants to see what other think in this subject.

I think he was the one who set off the Hammer strikes that

My theory is that the "experimental weapon/technology" that Kilo steals is a prototype light mass weapon.

The cylinders on the side of the bomb look like the cylinders on the light mass "prototype", on the bomb those cylinders contain the light mass torpedo clusters. The reason the torpedo design was chosen was so it would be easier for it to reach deep in the hollow, but while it is always referred to as a bomb, it functions as a cluster of highly explosive guided missiles/torpedoes in practice.

the Slab Spoilers:
In the Slab around 12 AE Prescott states that when the targeting data works they will deploy it meaning the bomb was done but they didn't have the data for it. But we are never told how long bomb as done for, all we know is they didn't deploy it because they didn't have the targeting data. For all we know the light mass bomb could've had many different prototypes.

Im pretty sure this is the technology that Baird stole, that Colonel Loomis was referring to.

I think (since Halvo Bay had Military Labs) during the Halvo Bay attack, they were losing ground and Baird found the Lightmass Bomb, he used it to kill many Locust which (in the trailer he killed a lot of) and somehow he let more in to kill the Humans.
