There will be one of course, people are more likely to make a compulsive day 1 buy than have the patience to stay with the game and consistently buy DLCs. I just really hope Epic don't do what they did last time, and abuse the pass users with unimaginative re-coloured LE and weapon skins and maps that were immediately made available to everyone.....

Since you could get the last Season Pass at anytime I might wait to see at least 1 DLC before buying this one. The pass is all about trust, and I don't trust Epic at all anymore.

I agree with this. They were released too fast and with too many issues.

I like the idea of a season pass though, saving money always good.

Assuming I like the game, yeah I'll buy it, due to the ludicrous price of weapon skins, I hope they have more of those in DLC, and actually new characters, and DLC that isn't already on the disk like the horde command pack was.

In response to this thread, and others, concerns on the changes i am torn between nostalgic memories and futures improvements. It is a def buy at midnight for both the game and season pass though.

Depends on what it includes...Lots of companies are getting into the business of saying "Hey, come get our season pass...4 dlcs!" and then at least one of your DLCs is a small little thing that might have been cheaper to buy individually.

I think there will be another season pass! I would love it for the discount on the prize and I would like a lot some exclusive skins or chracaters like the Liquid Metal skin on Gears 3. Also I hope that there will be more than 4 DLCs in GOWJ!

I think season passes are becoming a trend now so yes. Halo 4 has one now.

I miss the old times when DLC wasn't even planned until a year after the release and only then if the game was successful. (GoW1, CoD4)

I agree...I think Gears 3s DLCs being pushed out so fast had a bad impact on it.

Microsoft is responsible for that. They handle getting things up on the marketplace.
