He doesn't say mod for Unreal (which would be still incorrect as Unreal is still a different game than Unreal Tournament, even if they are games from "the same franchise", UT is an official spin-off Unreal game so to say.).

Unreal 3 != Unreal Tournament 3. :p

You see, that's why it is important to differenciate between Unreal (the original Unreal game from 1998 using the very first version of Unreal Engine 1), Unreal Tournament (the "multiplayer-only version of Unreal"), Unreal Engine (which is not the same as Unreal as you can see) and the UDK (the Unreal Development Kit, used to make games). People get confused or cannot answer your questions properly.

um... UT3 uses extremally old build of UE3...

Wait... what? By Unreal3 you meant UT3 not UE3? Whats the reason of showing beauty of this game after 5-6 years when UE3 changed that much.
