Wont allow me to access the online multiplayer

Hey guys,

So i just got back from being abroad and come back to find my house has been broken into and my xbox is one of the things that has been stolen, anyways i managed to get my account back by a very long time on the phone to microsoft.

The next problem is when i got my account back i put my new Gears of War 3 in because my other one got stolen

So when i am on the game it wont allow me to connect to the Multiplayer or connect to live on it

Also all of my achievements had gone up a fair bit on it (without me doing it) and my rank was now Lv 100 which i wasnt

Also it says i cannot connect to xbox llive when i choose the type of network connection

So i made this account here just to ask why i am not allowed to access the multiplayer

If there is any help you can give id greatly appreciate it

Someone was on ur account and made you lvl 100 with mods so ur now banned

This and if he bought a new xbox to recover his profile and play gears3 on it now he has the chance his new xbox gets a gears3 console ban.
