Camera issues

I wanted my game to be a third person game. i placed the code (I'm Using the UDNPlayerCamera code) and it works... in the editor

Notice that the Default says BipedsGame for both PIE and Default Game.

When the game is cooked it looks like this...

can someone help me figure out why it is not working in game?

Did you add the bipedsgame into the defaultengine.ini file?

I tried that as well.

I think i found the problem. when i extend BipedsGame to UDK game, the camera works, but it loses the HUD and many other features. when it is extended to UTGame or UTDeathmatch, the features come back but the camera stops working.
