Just play some private koth mate and you will get it soon enough. This is what I did anyway.

Play private KOTH,when the other team has the ring just stand close to the ring until they down you,then just crawl inside the ring.Done!!!

Stay down for a while and lay still,they´ll turn away from you and focus on your teammates.Then you make your move.
