New Weapon Skin?

I've seen a few people with this weapon skin that's like an extremely dark purple looking base, with golden electricity around it, I know it's not the re-up 3 skin because the people I've seen with it weren't even at red rank yet, anyone know what this is?

Oooh ok thank you, I usually just keep the Ivory on my gnasher so I don't really check the weapon skins too much lol
