Send a pm to Flak. Use the contact Forum Admin button on the bottom of every forum page.

If you were banned than for a reason and it is a permanent ban .
Your console ID is banned from the server pool so every new account you make on that console will be banned too.

You need to buy a new console and make a fresh account to play Gears3 again.

It's true, you don't get banned for no reason. Also, as Flak and Cher have said numerous times before: bans for modding are permanent.

Gears isn't exactly top-of-the-line for bug-free issues related to profiles in the first place. If anyone can prove to me the banning system is 100% fool proof, I'll take to the 'Guilty until proven innocent' approach as well.

There is only one bad ban as far as I know, and the guy was a booster. I can check into it further but so far all of these threads wound up being legitimate bans.

To be honest, I probably trust that computer far less :P I suspect the computer works off of algorithms that track things like sudden surges in XP and whatnot, but you could legitimately get those, whether online or not.

Dunno, doesn't seem foolproof but if Epic at least look into every banning situation manually, then that's a little better.

we dont know how the computer scans, i would think it checks what unlocks you have vs what unlocks you should/shouldnt have. who knows?

epic has looked into the bans manually, and there has yet to be any innocents.
