To Epic... My Flame Retro please?

I was reset a long time ago and now I don't get the Flame skin for the Retro Lancer which is really unfair, I played the beta I have the medal for it and I have the Gnasher and Sawed-Off Shotgun Flame skins, it isn't really that big of a deal but I think I deserve it as the reset was not my fault.

It's for playing in the first week of Retail.

More suited for the issues forum. They've heard the issue before, they'll probably find a fix eventually.

I think the rank reset players are in the minority to epic and not worth pleasing.

Can't Epic see on their system who played during release week and give them the flaming retro?

Epic is aware of the bug but they just can't pin down what is causing it. People need to be very specific and say what they did when they got reset which would help Epic find the cause of the bug.

People were very specific, there is a thread with a little form asking questions and there are tons of pages of people saying exactly what caused it.

Screen froze, turned xbox off, back on, reset - what happened to me back in december just like that
