I been of Xbox for along time and i finally decide im going to get a gold membership so i do and know i want to play gears but now im banned i now know i did something dum in the past but plz just unban me!

Gears bans are permanent and your console ID is banned from the server pool.

You need a new Xbox and a fresh account on it to play Gears3 again.

If you just make another account on your banned console you'll be able to play a few days and that gamertag will also be banned then.
