Gears of War 3 MLG/GB Competitive Hype settings Tournament [Online]

Im not sure you all know that there is a Gears of War 3 Tournament on the MLG/GB ladder, and I want to stress importance of this tournament! We all know 3v3 hasn't been the usual settings for competitive play, but due to previous tournaments not selling out it was downgraded to see if we can fill up the ladder. Regardless if you don't want to play 3v3 please do! This not only helps the competitive GoW scene, but also shows that we are still going strong! Also I promise you if we ca fill this tournament we will have a 4v4 Hypefestation completive settings GB/MLG tournament to play 100%! So please tell everyone, grab some friends, buy credits and fill this tournament up! We are the ones who want MLG to pick up the game correct? Well let's show em we support it!

Yeah we are strong as ever and haven't given up on MLG, it's a shame all games are compared to COD, every year the same thing, boring and stale. Gears definetly deserves high status and respect. You know Epic, just make the boomshot a starting loadout and also torques, digger, basically all power weapons lol then noobs will play and we will be bigger than cod, lol obviously was kidding there.

I wonder if they realize that, if they allow use of all the starting weapons, the other half of the community will participate and we won't have to downgrade do to not selling out. There are actually a ton of people who would support this game if it supported them. Assuming that everyone has their favorite weapon, you're cutting 60% of the fan base out of competitive play. Say what you want about the other weapons, but apparently there's not enough people who support the competitive settings.
