Beast mode

Hi guy's n gal's, just letting you know that "we" are setting up a Beast hints and tips thread.

Have you played beast mode?
If not, why not?
If you have, and not enjoyed it, then just maybe we can help.
Do you remember between Gears2 and 3, "we want to play as the locust" was asked for Gears3, well here it is old son's.

I have played lots of Beast mode with like minded players and had a splendid time and made quite a few"new friends" who continue to play Beast.
Along the way we would like to try and help anyone having tough time, either completing cheevo's or just plain understanding the mode.


I'm not very good at this thread making stuff but I'll give it my best shot, any assistance is always welcome. :o:o

We have no recording facility at the moment but as things progress I'm sure we will have.
Perhaps we could get a forum member with a capture card (and the ability to use it) to join a game with us? "is there anybody out there" (said in the voice of the Hoffman).
I do have a fulltime job so I will be counting on friends and other forum members to help brighten things up a little.

Beast - as you know Old Son ''I might as well face it I'm addicted to beast''. I was very excited about the prospect of Beast in GOW3 and it has met every expectation and more - the only thing missing - more organised teams!!
Beast is THE team game as far as I am concerned because it relies on the most amount of co-operation, communication and combination of both personal skill and specialised ability with different beasts to achieve the objective - the quickest time possible. And what is more you get the chance to set a new record every 10 minutes of game time - what other mode offers that?
So I would love to see more teams playing beast - I am sure there are plenty of players out there who have tried beast on standard public matches and have enjoyed it but obviously can't get anywhere near the times because they are not playing in an organised team. What to do? Set up a forum so like minded 'beast players' can find new friends who want to form teams and give these guys'n'gals an opportunity to have a serious crack at setting some fast times. This would create more competition within beast generally and this in turn will ensure the times get faster and faster!!
