Can't start the server in ut3

My problem is that whenever I try to start server the game just crashes and puts me back to the desktop and says "UT3.exe has stopped working A problem caused the program to stop working...". I have the latest patch. My os is win7 - 64bit. Is there anything that could correct the situation? I have downloaded ut3 server fix but that didn't help either.

Problem solved. I just reinstalled ut3 again (4th time already) and this time the server started. The only thing I did differently was that I deleted everything in "my documents\my games\unreal...) folder before I reinstalled. Server start gave the usual warning "your network may not be compatible..." but it did work anyway.
