Well, it was about time I started this thread. I might be getting ahead of myself but who cares right? Anyways, I was up last night thinking about what awaits Sera when and if the Locust Horde are defeated. What would the Aftermath be? I'm one to think that the "Coalition of Ordered Governments" (COG) would be the ruling body for many decades to come. Boundaries were erased and cultures assimilated into each other for the sake of survival. For any nation in Sera to want out of the COG and "re-gain" their independence and/or re-occupy their territory would be preposterous. Moreover, by this time the COG would be the sole proprietor of Imulsion reserves in Sera, which is saying that they hold the economic and logistical power; crucial to any nation. And that’s just the political…
What about the people? I can’t help thinking about how weird it must have been living with the same people one was fighting against in the “Pendulum Wars.“ Sort of reminds me of that scene in “Matrix: Reloaded” where all different races are congregated under the umbrella of Scion. Think about the loss of identity, the re-assertion of sexual and social roles in a society where liberties ceased to exist for the sole purpose of surviving.
Well, I hope to see some of your ideas coming together. Nothing’s too far-fetched…
