I love the chainsaw concept but it should just be for fun. Too many times I have looked up to find someone coming at me with a chainsaw, me shooting them in the face with my shotgun only to have them carry on and kill me. What happened to ''If your shot you will lower your chainsaw'' !!! If you come up behind someone or catch someone off guard thats fine but when see a players coming at me and I have time to shoot them that should be the end of them!

Idk, I found the lancer's bayonet kinda useless during my time in Gears 1 & 2. :/ what I want nerfed on this gun is it's damage, please. :(

You have to shoot them when they're are actually starting the chainsaw. The chainsaw was almost worthless in the past 2 games due to the knockback.

People are complaining about it now because somebody with a lancer actually has a chance in CQC.

The Lancer is supposed to be the main weapon of use and the reason your Gnasher does not have stopping power is because your precious Gnasher would be overpowered like it is now.

Chainsawing has seen a new rise since the removal of stopping power. Lancer and gnasher are the player's choice now.
