AI help

Hey I will firstly say I know this is not be the right thread to ask for help with AI in general, however I am asking for help with AI in which many of you lovely people may have used it before :o. Basically I want to have some people walking around my university building at a steady walking pace and thats it.

I am just wondering how easy this will be to achieve since I am creating this for help with my dissertation and wondering if it is something really difficult or if it is easy as placing down a circuit for the AI to follow and walk around.

I know there is plenty of information on the subject and I am trying to read through it, however with wanting to create this environment to add into my portfoilo I am hoping someone would be kind enough to see what I am trying to achieve and to point me in the right direction.
