Is there a PSD file or something where I can get the Gear of Wars logo.

I want to use a different background color that isn't black.

Epic usually always release a FAN art kit for fans who want to set up web sites and stuff. Keep an eye out for that but in the mean time let's let'em focus on finishing the game please. :)

Ya I wasn't sure if there was a fan kit out or not. I just couldn't find anything.
